In 2 weeks: 

Huge improvement in night sleep, with the option of utilizing a gradual sleep-training method that prioritizes easing the child into new routines. Examples include

  • going to bed and falling asleep earlier.

  • not needing a parent to stay in the room until the child falls asleep. 

  • child falling asleep and staying asleep in own crib or bed.

  • less frequent nightly wake-ups.

  • sleeping past 6 a.m.

PLUS improvement in length and quality of naps.
